Being human also means being socially involved and creatively active. Being in contact with others and creating collectively makes us human and can also make us happy.Now we live in times in which we have to limit our contacts and the exchange with others is often neglected. A lot goes through our heads and sometimes our thoughts roll over. Sometimes we can no longer achieve clarity in thinking. Fears, insecurities and doubts creep in and many of us feel lonely and powerless these days.

As an artist and cultural worker, I am convinced that we can do ourselves good through working creatively and express our innermost being and regain our ability to act that we sometimes consider lost.It is good to work creatively with our hands, to express our thoughts in pictures, posters and collages, to create in order to visualize internal procedures.

The nice thing about creative work is that when the work is done I hold something in my hands, that I have created myself and that gives me the opportunity to look at everything from a healthy distance. Since over 20 years I´ve been working as an artist and I am glad that I have the possibility to express myself artistically and working creatively. I enjoy working with others a lot and I believe in the magic of the collective creative process and sometimes offers more clarity in your life.
